Understanding Angles and Directions
Direction
We can snap images of your location using different directions. For example, if your house is near the ocean, you may want a west-facing photo that will capture the coastline in the background of your image.
Angles
Different angles allow for broader or more concentrated photo areas. The wider the angle, the further you'll be able to see.
30° - Great for photos that capture the subject with lots of background. Best for images where the background is just as important as the subject - think wide view shots, coastal or mountain shots.
60° - A more concentrated view of the subject with just enough background to keep it interesting. Great for business close-ups, events and houses.
100° - In this type of photo, we point the camera straight down. The result is a direct over-head shot with very little background. Ideal for small towns, resorts and roof shots.
